Our Team
|
The
Bradford Snyder team consists of Holly Bradford Snyder,and
Matthew and Michelle Bradford. Holly has over 17 years
of real estate experience, specializing in Rose Hill
Plantation and the Bluffton area, and has lived in
the Lowcountry for 32 years. Holly's son Matthew grew
up in the Lowcountry and now has over 15 years of
real estate experience in residential and commercial.
He attended Appalachian State University majoring
in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. Matthew is completing
his CCIM designation in commercial real estate and
is an expert in local commercial opportunities. His
wife Michelle came to Bluffton in 1982 and has over
8 years real estate experience. Michelle started her
career in Real Estate in Charleston, SC. Michelle
graduated from The University of South Carolina.

Holly
moved to Hilton Head from Cincinnati, Ohio in 1976
after years of vacationing here. She raised two
children - Heather, now living in Tampa, and Matthew,
who has joined her as a valuable partner. She loves
working with people and helping them capture their
own piece of Paradise.

Her
husband Gary worked with Golf Course Architect Reese
Jones growing in the golf course at Haig Point on
Daufuskie Island, SC and was the Golf Superintendent
for 12 years. He was then recruited for the same position
at Harbour Town where the Heritage PGA Tournament
is held, for 13 years, followed by several years of
consultant work.
Holly and Gary appreciate the natural beauty of the
Lowcountry and its abundant wildlife. They enjoy the
beach, golfing, biking, kayaking, community activities,
numerous Lowcountry events and of course their 5 grandchildren.
This has been the perfect environment in which to
make lasting family memories.
Holly specializes in Rose Hill, Moss Creek, Belfair,
Berkeley Hall, Hampton Hall, Hampton Lake and surrounding
communities. However, she is well versed in all the
communities, and can help you with all of your real
estate needs. Her philosophy is to bring integrity,
outstanding service, and a partnership of trust to
her clients.

Matthew
Bradford brings a strong history of success in commercial
and residential real estate to the Gateway team.
He grew up in the Hilton Head Island area and attended
Elon College where he studied business law and later
finished his education at Appalachian State University
where he majored in Real Estate and Urban Analysis.

| In
1996 Bradford was hired to work in real estate sales
for Boddie Noell Enterprises (BNE Land), one of the
largest privately held companies in North Carolina.
He worked on the Outer Banks in high-end residential
sales, mostly dealing with million dollar plus income
producing rental property. Along with his father,
he formed a general real estate company in Corolla,
NC and managed a staff of eight. That experience launched
him into commercial sales in 2000. Since 1996, he
has sold over $350 million in residential and commercial
real estate. He attributes this success to having
a great working relationship with local community
leaders and living in the Lowcountry since1976. He
will be a CCIM designee in 2011. |

As
a buyer’s and a seller’s agent at Gateway
Realty in Bluffton, SC , Michelle is committed to
offering her clients the highest quality representation
and professionalism along with superb customer service
and individualized marketing strategies while meeting
the needs of her clients. Michelle’s personable
and professional character allows her to build and
maintain solid relationships.
Before
beginning her career in real estate Michelle studied
for her Appraiser’s license. Then in 2002 she
became a licensed Realtor and worked for Trademark
Properties in Charleston, SC. In 2005 Michelle moved
to the Outer Banks of North Carolina where she went
on to become a Broker and work for Boddie-Noell Enterprises,
one of the largest privately held real estate development
companies in North Carolina. She focused on high –end
residential sales. Michelle moved back to the Lowcountry
in 2006 and currently works for Gateway Realty.
Michelle grew up in the Lowcountry and is a graduate
of The University of South Carolina where she studied
Sociology and Psychology. Michelle currently lives
in Bluffton with her husband and 2 year old daughter.
